Q: How do I save my progress? A: Your puzzle progress is automatically saved on your device. You can return to any puzzle at any time.

Q: The app isn’t responding or crashed. What should I do? A: Try force-closing the app and restarting it. If the problem persists, please contact us at support@wlwk.org with details about your device and iOS version.

Q: How do I restore my purchases? A: Open the app settings and tap “Restore Purchases.” This will restore any previous purchases associated with your Apple ID.

Q: Can I request a refund? A: Refunds are handled directly through Apple. Please visit Apple’s support page for information on requesting refunds.
