Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any WLWK LLC application (“App” or “Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

License to Use

WLWK LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Apps in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices from the Apps
• Use the Apps in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of WLWK LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

Some Apps may allow you to create, submit, or share content. You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant WLWK LLC a license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the App’s functionality.

In-App Purchases

Certain Apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. We do not process or store payment information.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. Please visit Apple Support for refund inquiries.

Disclaimers

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WLWK LLC does not guarantee that:

• The Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Apps will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Apps will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WLWK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Changes to Apps

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
